Our driver arrives at your location with an escort. The escort stay with you for a duration of up to three hours. Any additional hours are billed and added up onto your final balance.
our drivers arrive 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Depends on the distance of your appointments. If you would like the driver to arrive earlier, please feel free to communicate so with our customer services representative.
If this is the case, we will refund you your money back at full price, or we can reschedule your trip fora later date.
If this is the case, we will refund you with a deduction of 30% of your final prices, or we will be more than happy to reschedule it for you. Call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to avoid any fee or charges.
A good time to cancel your trip is 2 hours priors to your pickup. We can reschedule your appointment 1 hour prior to your Pick up time.
Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of it been requested.
we have many clients that rely on our drivers to bring them back home from their appointment. If we have drivers available to accommodate other return trips, the driver is welcome to wait for you.
